Description
Grandma's Apple Crisp
Ingredients
| 8 | apples | |
| 1 | c | dry quick oats |
| 3⁄4 | c | brown sugar |
| 1⁄2 | c | flour |
| 1⁄2 | t | cinnamon |
| 1⁄2 | c | butter |
Instructions
1. Peel, core and slice apples. Place in buttered 8 or 9" baking pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together dry oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
3. Cut in butter with 2 knives or a pastry cutter until small crumbs form.
4. Sprinkle crumb topping over apples.
5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
